Elcan Tokmak graduated from Gazi University, Department of International Relations as an honor student in 2022. In 2023, she started her master's degree in International Relations at Hacettepe University. Her research interests include International Relations Theories, Social Theory, Social Constructionism, Northeast Asian and Mongolian Studies.
